- FACT: There has been an explosion of totally fucking awful tattoos in Seoul.
- FACT: So many Koreans are getting their tattoos where everyone can see them easily. Sort of like how people used to wear their handphone around their neck to show off their new fancy phone. They aren’t really thinking though. Can’t wait until they sit down for their first job interview after graduating university. “What? Oh this totally fucking awful tattoo on my neck? It was totally trendy a few years ago.”
